How it works
First aid is learned by doing. The content is therefore divided into short, clear sections which participants practise immediately.
A short and clear explanation.
The action is demonstrated clearly.
Participants train with the equipment.
Skills are combined in a realistic scenario.
Your workplace
An office and a construction site do not have the same risk profile. Your surroundings and working routines are therefore used in the exercises.
Who gets the AED, who calls 1-1-2, and how do you create space and keep an overview?
